But yeah I’ve swapped from using my iPhone to a real camera now

And quality is SOOO much better

Idk imo this is what I’ve found

If a short is good - YT ✅
If a short is relevant/trending topic - TT ✅
If a short has a talking point/relatable general interest - IG ✅

My findings dunno HOW accurate that is but that’s what I’ve found

Cos I’ve posted something that’s trending search on TT and it’ll do 10k-200k but the exact same style vid will do 1k-5k if it’s not trending

But in YouTube everything is pretty consistent

If it’s good then yeah views come in

Dunno IG feels really low if it’s more niche

So like general interest/relatable stuff is better

Dunno again just my opinion based on my experience lol

But I consistently get these results on the different platforms depending on factors I said above

Love these kinds of shorts. At one point, my feed was full of them, haha. My only feedback would be to make the edits more stimulating than they already are (ex. SFX, transitions, emojis, coloured text).

I found that the more you stimulate your viewer in short-form, the higher the ceiling for retention.

You have the formula down, and you know how to pick topics and spot trends, so I have no doubt that you can grow this.

Like for my next one of my next vids I’m thinking “Guess the Celebrity but you can only see their eyes” but use the “👀” emoji in the caption rather than the words

Stuff like that to make it more interesting

I personally feel the street interview niche, especially for how easy it is to break into, is way over saturated. Especially with the rise of the hawk tuah girl haley something, even more 'influencers' flooded the scene. if its getting consistent views and you're building an audience i can't knock it, but i just feel like no matter what game or style you take, theres thousands of other people out there doing the exact same thing,

my only advice would be if you're planning to keep with it, you have to do it better than everyone else

tbh when I first came up with the idea of me doing street interviews I wasn’t too sure. But having done it for a few months now, I’m enjoying it way more then I thought I would.

I keep trying to vary my content so it doesn’t get boring for people and who knows maybe this time next year I’ll have evolved into something different/bigger/better but yeah we’ll see
