How to do Thumbnails for multiple videos parts.

I have a question: Are you making thumbnails for some videos, and are they all in parts? (I mean, parts 1, 2, 3, etc.) How close do the thumbnails need to be to communicate the contention between videos?

If the themes of the videos tie closely enough together to be called a “series” then the thumbnails should do too

Just from the nature of coming up with an idea that summarises the theme clearly enough
