The 9 most influential individuals who hold overwhelming control over the life of an average US citizen.
Its a fine video... I mean I do have my problems with the actual substance of the content since most are speculations/conspiracy theories and not really proven. But I mean... overally video is fine. Maybe slow down the pacing a bit.
Thanks! Yeah some of the conspiracy is a bit out there, but was afraid of including all the sources as I thought it would hurt retention. Also thought a more extreme opinion tends to draw more views. I know its not a perfect vid but idk if its the thumbnail or what but its getting no views sadly
In my opinion, it's not extreme opinions that drive attention, it's interesting opinions.
@ivory kraken If I were to nitpick a bit
I will say maybe you didn't do enough reserach/you didn't do enough "deep" research only did shallow research, or maybe you rushed the editing, there were some things that were a bit like "wrong" in terms of info
Like this one especially
the UN sustainability goals aren't the same as ESG...
Since you seem to be going for a more "commentary"/"information"/"essay" type channel, I'd say like getting basic facts down to the T along with visuals is key to your reputation down the road
Yeah I was trying to say that the UN SDGs didn't directly create ESG but significantly influenced how these types of regulations are implemented. Was afraid for retention and going too off video topic by explaining it. Feel like this connects with your early comment on pacing and how I should take more time to draw stuff out so will make sure to do that in the next one!
hmm yeah could be
definetely work on pacing
Don't be afraid to go slow. Your niche is a slow niche. People want to sit down and watch a video for like 30-40 minutes. Give them what they want haha
First of all the music at the very beginning is too loud. Second, the title is PERFECT, but the thumbnail could be waaay better.
The main problem with the thumbnail is the composition, font, and images you use could be changed to create a more visually appealing and easy to understand picture. Thumbnails need to be designed to have a focal point, and the problem with this is there is no order to what should be looked at in the thumbnail. Its too chaotic.
I'm a thumbnail designer in this niche actually, and if you're interested I can make thumbnails for very cheap, like this one which I did for a client.
