#I Tried Meditating Through Extreme Pain

As a doctor I have to recommend to not do this. From a thumbnail perspective I think it does the Job. Not sure I like the Text where it is or even if you need it. Maybe at the bottom? Overall I think it distracts from the image
Good point
I tried to take enough safety precautions and although it is an extreme task, I didn’t take it to an extreme where I could actually be severely injured
(only mildly hurt at most, but thankfully I didn’t get injured or hurt at all)
Thoughts on this anyone?
The goal was to be at “peace” with the painful tasks I performed in the video, the earlier tasks were safer and overall were things that I could sit through without suffering real injuries - so I could actually try to meditate through them without worrying about how badly they would injure me.
but the final task (thumbnail) I had to take more of a careful approach and made a easier to achieve “meditation” goal where I wouldn’t get badly hurt
I like the thumbnail better than the first. Not sure it needs the glow in the letters or if you need the crossed out painful. You could always ask chatgpt wjat colors give a good contrast to the background, your skin tone, hair and Shirt color
Title states extreme pain
Tho, you don’t look in pain at all, and well it doesn’t look like you’re in danger
To me it looks like you’re cooking something and are really chill
Yea I 100% agree. The point was to make it seem like I’m “at peace” with the pain from my meditation, but I realized that the thumbnail won’t come across that way without something else other than my face implying it
I ending up changing the thumb to look like this with the peaceful text to imply i am “meditating” through the pain and am “at peace” with it
I didn’t think about the fact that I look like I could be cooking something tho so I’ll remember this thanks
