The thing that I noticed is that in this one they are more slow paced than the I guess global yt rewind, they did not cut corner like yt original did but actually let it get longer

this is one well for us is bit I say cringe but it is their trend and stuff so oh well.
I don't know if it is actually Youtube Youtube! or is it just collaborative effort by youtubers over there, but maybe @fossil hound can give us some insights?
But I think it's the latter because it is not edited like youtube would like the outro and stuff.
so it really is dead huh.

Yeah I noticed that when I watch the first bit, it was SO NOT Youtube.
Gosh I thought they still doing it but not the globally so they don't get ashamed again.

It's all because of ungrateful critics.
The critique was and still very much is valid. It's called youtube rewind. Yet YouTube didn't really focus on the "youtube" part. Not only that, but YouTubers who actually went there and worked on it also didn't get any creative freedom, and alot of what work they did was excluded from the final rewind of the video because the youtube rewind folks wanted to include more "irl" celebrities to drive up the "popularity" of the rewind. Yet, thankfully, as deserved it backfired.

Anyway I am probably going to react to it and say how IT TRICKED ME! I am the type of person who binge watches yt rewind every now and then.
