Bro this is awesome great job. I'm not confident enough with thumbnails to give you any definite improvements, but something about the distribution of your feet confuses me as a viewer. I'm not sure whether to look at the front or the back one, so maybe that would be worth looking at. With my inexperience, I stick with what I know works. In this case, I think a face presents a huge opportunity in a thumbnail. You can show a reaction/emotion, and it gives something very familiar to look at. We're programmed to read faces as human beans. I think the idea of the video is awesome too by the way, I actually am interested to see how long you last and how bad it gets. Already found it my man. Killer storytelling! I'm in no position to comment your vids are really going somewhere, but perhaps you want to think about spending just a little more time emphasising the central conflict of getting to the finish line in time. Before the first minute is over you're already 2 hours from the end. How far is it? How serious is it running in crocs? The mini additional conflicts were awesome though

Right I see your problem. You've got an AI-generated body with a real face & it looks jarring. I agree with Tim—the Mk 1 version was better. You’re facing a challenge with the composition, particularly how the front foot draws more attention due to its size, while the back foot has the arrow. It might be better to concentrate on just one of these elements to keep the viewer's focus clear. Unfortunately, I’m fresh out of ideas, but the Mk 1 is a solid thumbnail. Consider making it more explicit what the video is about by focusing on one of the two feet.
