How Do You Learn On YouTube?

Let me clarify the question.

Of course, 90% of the population uses YouTube so I’m wondering do you ever just sit there with YouTube on not doing anything else ( like sleeping or laying in bed, sitting down) or do you eat/ play videogames while watching YouTube lol?

I’ve been watching MrBeast podcast while playing Overwatch lol was curious how others use YouTube

i usually watch more visually intense vids on tv/pc but chill vids/podcasts on phone

It depends on how good you want your "learning"

Just get overall ideation -> playing game + background listening is fine

But...

I define learning as - changing behaviour. If you're not actually changed = not learned anything

so to learn. I think its mandatory to remove all distractions, and just focus on subject you want to improve at

and thats why im listening to mrbeast too, while doing something, just because im interested in his thoughts, but 99% that i won't learn anything, since he is on very high level, but if i know that i want to implement knowledge (learn) i'll just focus even if it's low quality webcam interview :)
