i think theres an alternative to those two options where it better meets expectations and better informs the viewer of what the video contains

"Will I be punished? AI dared me! I need to [state the dare in couple words only] otherwise [state the punishment in couple words only]." Personally I prefer small and direct sentences. Its each to comprehend. Mention what it is minimally and keep adding details like taking off each layer of an onion.

I would do something like say the punishment is and then beep the outcome so people stay till the end but make it really good like in the interview of jinny hoyos and jay clause in the beginning they do it too
