Yes you can make it better ! The feet are the most important element but they are in the shadow. You're reaching for help but I think you should reach for your foot that hurts. The broken glass sign is too small to be readable, and you can replace it with actual broken glass just next to your feet. The red phone booth is highly competing for attention, you can fix that with light/shadow, or remove it and make big ben more visible. Only keep 3 elements.

Composition and Blending needs huge work, the board and the broken glasses are barely visible. If you are going for IRL thumbnail then you have to atleast make it lil more IN REAL LIFE view.
