i am working on a cities skylines video and thought of making the thumbnail a little different unlike my other ones (the one youre seeing is a wip), would youtube flag my video/warn me about the thumbnail i put out? should i blur the "thing" in the thumbnail or do i put something else?

I remember something similar happened to Markiplier with his Elden Ring thumbnail so he changed it, though it might have been fan backlash rather than YouTube itself. You might want to at least blur it to be on the safe side

I know some cities skyline creators such as civil engineer tends to have similar comedic elements in their videos as in your thumbnail there, but maybe as nighscar said blur it a bit. If your community similar to civil engineer's is open to that type of comedy, keep that intact in the video... but if they aren''t open to that type of comedy, maybe blur that in the video too.
