I posted a video last week with the first thumbnail. CTR 🚽 , I swapped to the second one and it's doing better. Not amazing but definitely better. I want to learn so I can improve. What do you think is making #2 better and how can I make it even more clickable?
#Why is #2 doing better?

Less words, slightly bigger images
Stuff that i suggested to change in first one :) when you dropped it on roast
Also, its not always thumbnail, just time passes, and YT finds audience
what @red iris said plus it could be that mentioning the 2 projections, you niched down the topic carbohydrates.
When you kept it general (aka carbohydrates), people who were studying the chapter Carbohydrates (and were not familiar with the 2 projections) clicked on the video.
Thank you! Yes my videos tend to grow slowly (education) and the good ones will do amazing years later
@upper mesa yes that makes sense.
I will keep all this in mind for the next one, thank you
It's interesting that you said "the good ones".
What makes the good? 🤗
Then make more like them. 👍
THAT is the mystery I am actively attempting to solve. Some I can guess because the topic is harder, but some are complete surprises.
THIS video was a remake of an older top video and it's sitting at a very sad 10/10
