I really like the thumbnail. I watched the entire video and I was engaged the entire time, although I'm not your target audience. You have a beautiful personality and you remind me of Emma Chamberlain's beginnings.
Make sure that the cute cat 😍 shows up for longer periods of time in future videos. lol
I really liked how you ended up talking to us looking straight to the camera at the end. With a changed, warmer tone.
Did you script the video before you shot it?
I really liked the ending of combining literal and figuratively getting up from the floor.
I would add a few words here and there on the screen, to emphasize what you say, but they are nice to have, not necessarily mandatory.

Agree with Flower13 – consider some captions here and there for emphasis – otherwise, I really enjoyed your comedy and remained engaged until the end 🙂

So I wrote a few things but I ended up needing to just jump in front of the camera to just break a sort of analysis paralysis I guess and then I went back and reshot some things

I do like that, what worries me about that title is it will attract an audience looking for money advice not a chill funny chat around the anxiety of it

I believe that "Breathing is too expensive" is a good title. But please keep in mind that no matter what advice you receive from this community, what matters is how you feel about it. So if another title feels right, then use it. 🥰
