I personally 4 and 8 (They're the same thing but different titles)

but i really suggest you putting the text more up, it looks a lot cleaner, clickable n stuff in my opinion if its like that. seeing the face might stop the scroll, and putting the text like that just might ruin it idk

yeah but 2 looks more welcoming and idk. but now that i think 1 is super good too, the text is kinda in weird location, as i mentioned so its kinda hard to see that well but yeah

I find that there are too many words on your thumbnail

The words could be higher and not cover the face and the person (the central focus of the thumbnail) could be more visible.

The thumbnails are very similar. Based on the feedback your received so far, you could make maximum 3 and ask for feedback again.

3. something else
   I feel like 1 is more personal and it will get a considerabely higher ctr from teenagers but it makes it longer + decreases ctr from other demographics (there is a video that recently blew up titled: If you're 13-18 years old watch this...)

thumbnails arent about making them beautiful, but making them clickable, scroll stopping and easy to understand

Do you say the word teenager (or mention the ages 13-19) in your video? Is the video for them? If yes, then the title should have the word "teenagers" or "the ages 13-19". It does niche your video, but people outside this demographic won't click and leave right away, thus decreasing the stats of the video.

In terms of thumbnail, I like the font in #1 the most, but I'm not your target audience, so feel free to disregard my opinion.

I would make the central point (face and phone) bigger and move the writing higher.

I think I can understand the connection you are trying to make between the image (I'm not referring to the words on the thumbnail) and the title, but I would love to hear it from you.
