Guys, what do you think of these kind of challenges?
Doing 1 handstand pushup for every 1k subs daily and also showing my failures.
Some people are doing regular pushups and they are getting views
The reason I like it is because I can do it in different places and also I can do more pushups later when I get more subs which makes me satisfied.
The main goal here is to see if it works for me so I'm thinking of doing this challenge at least for a month. What do you think? any thoughts?

I could see this as a shorts series
I agree with Phil that could work as a Shorts series but if you want to make it as a long-form video you need to figure out what will be the length of the video and how you gonne stracture it as the premise of your video is gonna be only the "Doing 1 handstand pushup for every 1k subs daily." It's gonna be tricky.
How many subs do you have? 🙂
Does that mean that in the first video he will do half of a handstand pushup? 😊
No I think it's one of those series where they are shorts and the goal is just to get as many followers as possible, they don't really care about personality but subscribe so people walk X distance or do X amount of pushups
I understand now @upper junco
Fitness challenges tend to do well on YT, especially shorts. I wonder if @gaunt birch could engage his viewers in the Community section by doing polls, etc. Thus, he can get ideas of new challenges directly from his viewers.
1k was just an example
I started to do 1 handstand pushup for every 100 subs
That's right
Good idea, thanks
so this is the guy that say for every like he’ll do a push up lol. Nah on serious though i think this is a cool idea for sure
Although are handstands PERCEIVED as equally physically intense as pushups? Just some food for thought…
I don’t think they’re sound as impressive but it’s more “original” by a bit
It appears to me that none of you works out 🤣
I'm not doing handstand
I'm not doing pushups
I'm doing handstand pushup
And of course it's impressive
One out of 1000000 can do it
Make a video and show me if you can. haha
This is my video:

Ohhhhh mad respect g my bad
i just read it as “handstand” lmao
my brain autocorrected
no this IS for sure impressive 😂
Haha thank you
No worries, it was funny though
``I'm doing handstand pushup - I did not read that sorry
It's ok
Thank you for your feedback
When will you start the challenge @gaunt birch?
Well, right now I can do only one without the help of the wall
So I decided to do the wall-assisted form for every 100 subs until I hit 1000 subs
Then I start 1 handstand pushup for every 1 k
Here is the day 14:

And the reason I stopped is because I hurt myself while doing some of these moves:
Thank you everyone ❤️ 😘

Lol
I'll be fine in a few days and I'll start over
Very impressive. Have you ever tried to show the video at normal speed followed by slow motion of the same move (for quick moves)? And normal speed followed by the same move, but sped up (for slower moves)?
That is always a problem with fitness challenges. The likelihood of getting hurt is quite high. I hope you'll recover quickly!
I did it a few times and it went well at the time
Maybe I'll make similar videos again
I meant you slow down the video when editing.
Thank you
My body is full of scars from injuries in sports. I'm used to it
Yes mean like this one:

Exactly! I am not your target audience (although it's impressive to watch), but what is your audience saying about these type of videos?
Well, as you may know, I don't have a large audience for now but from what I've understood, the combination of strength and humor is what my audience likes the most for example this is my top-viewed video:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/e8dOZzkCS60
#rumimaz #calisthenics #fitness #viral #shorts #sport #pushups #pullups #athlete #kicks #muscle #training #triceps #biceps
#workout #streetworkout #motivation #gym #handstand #calisthenicsworkout #training #gymnastics #fitnessmotivation #calistenia #fit #bodyweight #bodybuilding #yoga #bodyweighttraining #crossfit #sigma #calisthenicsmovement #...
The second most viewed videos are the ones that I do so many kicking moves
Like this one:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Vvx9KYOKbQ4
The 2 videos above are the same.
So the result goes like this:
1- Combination of strength and humor
2- Kicking videos
Oh sorry my bad
It's been corrected
The first 17 most viewed videos are in one of those two categories
Then the 18th most viewed is this:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/iatnaVC17r8
Which has a similarity to my kicking videos
It has steps in it
Just like the kicks that were performed in a few steps
It makes the viewers to be excited to watch to the end and the algorithm shows it to a larger audience
