Im making an IRL video about speedrunning every new years resolutions, and my idea for the thumbnail was to have me kinda laying down on a weight bench struggling to bench press and im looking up concered, kinda like how ryan is positioned here in this attached thumbnail. Then the background is glass showing the night outside with text at the top right or left saying "5AM" or something like that

my gym has a bench press right up against the glass so I can get a picture of just the bench press and the dark outside

I just need help to photoshop me laying down trying to bench press over that with the basic text somewhere at the top of the screen
