Make the words stand out more, there needs to be more contrast. Also its a bit hard to see whats in the thumbnail at first glance so maybe highlight your body and the gym equipment in some way.

I agree with chef as the background is too much and I would also face the camera and do some type of workout acting like it’s easy but it has a ton of weight
