Hey @heavy night sorry for the delay
I'm guessing this is a very niche video topic targeted at only a few people?
Your intro could do with a lot of work. Let me find some inspiration
Imagine you're a math teacher teaching a bunch of high school students
A bad teacher bores the students and the students ask "ughh... When will I ever need to use this?? Why is this important?"
A good teacher is aware of this and prefaces every lesson with an explanation of why this lesson is so interesting or important, and why the students should pay attention
I once had a university math professor who was SO GOOD, that before each pre-recorded lecture video, he would include an intro in which he shows in real life, how the math content is applied. For example, for one topic, he filmed an intro at the NASA visitor centre, explaining how the topic we learn is used to calculate the trajectory of their rockets. He made it so damn interesting. Even though the content itself is pretty dry and awfully difficult to learn, the fact that I now know it's real world application made me interested to keep watching
That's what your video lacks
Try this format:
-
Explain in a single sentence what the video is about (you did this)
-
Build anticipation by explaining why someone should even want to learn this in the first place. What problem does it solve? How can it make someone money? How can it improve their life? How can it save their time? (You did not do this)
-
What skills will you be covering in the video? Be very brief when explaining this part. The purpose of this part is for anyone who searched for and clicked on your video to learn a very specific skill that they think might be contained within your video.
-
Reaffirm that this video is going to be easy to follow along with.
Here are some examples of videos that follow this formula:

At the 11second mark, you start trying to plug your products and services. DONT do this yet. You haven't built any credibility yet for them to trust your services or get excited about your product. Build that credibility first and then plug your stuff later in the video
