immediate thought is the promotion for your shirts is WAYY to early
you havent even convinced me to like your content let alone by your shirts…
yeah i got on to my editor for that. i told her put it 45% into the video.. i was mad
Alright you asked for honesty so I'm not gonna hold back
95% of that video sucked
Ngl the idea is there. You've got a strong hook for sure.
The thumbnail could be improved with the feedback on the other tab, but for the most part, I think people would want to click to watch someone eat a worm
But when you say that's gonna happen in the video, you need to prove to them that the video delivers upon that expectation within the first 5 seconds
Because I watched through the first 3 minutes and I wasn't sure if anyone ACTUALLY eats a worm in this video
Then I did the thing everyone does... I double tapped to skip through the video to see if it happens. I just watched the best part (the worm eating) and left
That's really bad for your retention
To stop people from skipping, show them a sneak peak of bro eating the worm in the first 5 seconds and then cut it RIGHT when he's about to take the bite.
Then cut out the part where you're talking about "I'm hungry", go straight into explaining the challenge
I also think the challenge could be different
Take inspiration from the Spill Your Guts show. The rules are super simple: you get asked an embarassing and uncomfortable question and you have to answer it. If you don't want to answer it, you have to eat something disgusting. This challenge is better than your basketball challenges because it makes the challenge itself (even without the penalty) more interesting to watch, because people love watching people answer embarassing questions
Maybe you could do truth or dare, and if someone refuses to do the dare they've been given, they have to eat something DISGUSTING
That way, there's multiple big disgusting moments (or at least multiple funny moments where someone does an embarassing dare) throughout the video and the viewer doesn't need to skip forward to the good part
BC challenges like cup stacking and basketball are boring to watch
And no one wants to watch you eat a gummy lunchable vs real lunchable. That's boring. Make one of them disgusting after each challenge so the viewer has no reason to skip
I went off my competitors videos. Faze Rug was the best one. but thanks brodie
and i’m not putting the worm in the first 3 mins. There gonna click off after the worm..
but i appreciate it
No they're not bro, you don't show the worm actually being eaten, just a sneak peak of what's to come if they arch the whole video
Watch*
At least show the worm to prove that the audience is gonna get when they clicked for
thumbnail ?
