So now I’m not sure what my next step should be

(Con, I don’t want to loose consistency and YT seems to be favoring my birthday video now anyway)
Post a shorter version of the video from the analytics I know now where to cut it for optimal retention
Post a different video Saturday like usual

I recommend 3) make the most out of your views and youtube will reward with impressions. i was watching a video about it but basically your "trust" with youtube has grown and you should build on that trust with another video, your next banger idea. your audience has seen that content and would be disappointed with the same content repackaged. i would say time line is not as important as Quality of idea and execution. elevate not slide
