This one popped off faster than I thought it would! Got about 2.5k views in 20 minutes then capped off at 3k! The format is different for this one as I added a “SUBSCRIBE” message to the top and also resized the video so it would be easier to watch on Youtube shorts! (The captions are in a more visible place with this format I have noticed) Are there any other ways I could improve my video? I have seen one creator make a new caption for every single word she says, would that be more captivating than what I am currently using? Thank you reading all of that and I welcome any and all feedback!

Thank you for the feedback in the livestream! It was very helpful and I tried applying it to my new minecraft short! This one is a lot shorter since I am experimenting, but it is a challenge so it will have a wider appeal than just Minecraft fans based on the recommendation! Thank you Jon and Judah! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/5as52Q5I-kU
I like the captions - to make them pop, you may want to consider adding a background to the text like maybe red, blue or black. Also some scary music would be a great add.
You could try adding these pop up gaming style subtitles here's a link to a tutorial on da vinci. I also agree with 2sw33t try changing the colours of the text every now and then. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_pp8ND-YC0
I couldn't find any tutorials for gaming subtitles in Resolve so I made this thing. I explain how to make basic subtitles with a pop in animation, how to track the subtitles, how to 3D track, and how to make a template. Basically, I will show you how to make subtitles just like SovietWomble.
I would really appreciate any feedback since this has...
