Hello! Are you referring to the emails that are sent when automatic subscription/renewal payments fail?
Yes. In the interface, I was able to send an email with a check after a successful payment. But I don't know how to send a failed payment notification email
There isn't a way to test this this out sending these emails end to end in test mode, but you can write into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and see if there's anything they can possibly enable for you to test this out
