i cant see it in the transaction details so i think that is an option. if we dont give the information in the stripe tax page the system will not take nothing?

Yes, it's just telling you that according to transactions processed on your Stripe account you likely owe tax in those countries

Under Monitor tax thresholds, you can see the list of locations where you haven’t yet added a registration but might be selling into.
