Not at the moment unfortunately. The payment link will always create a new session as far as I am aware. Looking in to this

because I supply a limited software product, I often drop a few keys in first come first served mode and then I have 1000 people on the site connected to win a product that has only a few pieces available

I can't take 1000 payments and refund 990 people because the product has only 10 stock

Here you go. I couldn't find anything for payment links specifically at the moment so this pattern with Checkout would be the closest thing at the moment https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/managing-limited-inventory
