Hello! Give me one minute and I'll help

#

Quick question - can you share an example request that failed?

It wont fail now because I've reduced the line items to 183. But as soon as it's over 200 I wont be able to get to the checkout page

#

this link has over 200 items. I cant get to the checkout oage

Do you have a request ID? Like req_xxx? You should be able to find it in your dashboard

I don't believe so. Where would I find that?

I just came across what could be causing the issue

#

The same item should be one line item even if there are multiple quantity

#

by separating them, the 200 number is easily reached. We need to make sure one item is only one line item

Can you share that Payment Intent ID? (pi_xxx)

Thanks - so taking a look at your account, there's no way to get an even higher limit for line items - 200 is the absolute max.

#

100 is actually our original default - and 200 is what we allow when you need more

remote pawn
#

it actually doesn't need to go above 200

#

we just need the itmes to be added to one single line item if its the same product

You need to do that combining of line items yourself - if you pass it in as separate line items we treat them separately. We don't automatically do any combining of line items like that

Ok thanks. I'm not sure what changed since we've done that in the past. You can see from that screenshot

Hmmm... Can you share the payment intent ID from the first screenshot?

remote pawn
#

you can see in this screenshot that we combine line items

Give me a few minutes to get caught up.

I took a quick look at both the checkout sessions, and from what I can see we didn't do any combining of line items - for the first checkout session the request passed in the line items to us already combined
