Is this actively blocking your users from onboarding? Is it breaking your integration?
Also, what is the account ID for the platform?

Which is what we want them to have versus

But when I view a customer I see...
So why are there 3 different views of my Express customers dashboard
Can we please get them all at least on the V2 more complex design that has more details -- and if possible I'd be interested to learn why their dashboards do not look like V3 (the standard connect layout that is my view when I go into their account)

So all of those views are for different things. The Dashboard view that you see is not the same as the Express Dashboard that your users see.
Which accounts are being used to get the first 2 screenshots? Can you post their accounts IDs?
Honestly I cannot
- Half users have this issue and have the same exact onboarding process

Much of the entire point of Express Accounts is they do not have the available controls of full platform and/or Standard accounts - so the Express Dashboard is specifically design to expose only those parts they actually have control over.
but the reporting is not something they can control
and Stripe* limits it tremendously
why remove this element

GiG with all due respect, this matter is not relevant to you. I would appreciate if you particpated as a spector versus involved.
Every account ID is relevant. We have over 500 - with many errors involved in the process that were directly due to issues with Stripe.
so sharing that many would be irrelevant,.

@dark haven it's impossible to troubleshoot if I don't have examples of account IDs that are seeing different views in the Dashboard. I'm happy to help to the extent that I can, but just posting a list of account IDs is not going to get us anywhere unfortunately.

I'm still looking in to the differences between the two accounts. As far as I can tell this is not something that can be coded which may mean you have to go back to support as this would be more of an account config issue.
And I'm still trying to understand who exactly you have talked about this to. Did you talk to koopajah and Rubeus? And did your internal conversations with Alex and Shilpa pertain to this as well?

We had a migration of Standard to Express.
We had a major issue where customers couldnt onboard and Koopa and solutions team had to fix bug for 4hrs
That allows our users to connect -- we were offline for almost 20hrs.
All of our clients had no ability to process payments.
Once they onboarded, there were issues and still are with verifying accounts whcih were meant to be verified since their Standard accounts were in good standing.
Then we had an issue (this ticket) where the UI for some clients express dashboard is different than others.
I've since noticed that the account ID I provided which the user added me as a team member has since changed since I mentioned this whole fiasco.
Which means it is possible to change and needs to be done for all users.

Can you clarify a bit of what you meant by this then? I'm unclear what account ID you were referring to there
If you can log in to the dashboard, the account ID is typically at the bottom of this page.
They added me as a team member to their account and so idk how to view from perspective of the express dashboard
Looks like it is not accessible from the Express dashboard. You will have to ask that teammate for the ID so we can look further.

I've been trying to but the tool I normally use doesn't work here. I have mostly been trying to look at differences on the accounts themselves
