Not sure what you mean, can you add more context?
say you create a draft invoice to bill the saved payment method on file on the day of the capture (say in 14 days). This way if it fails you make use of the stripe support for invoice failures instead of needing to write your own support for when the charge fails in a traditional auth/capture ad-hoc situation
my use case is that people are making reservations for 14 days in advance and are paying for those reservations on that day at the start of the reservation
