I just tried, and I get this error message:

The recipient ToS agreement is not supported for platforms in US creating accounts in US.
So I guess it's not possible

I would like to transfer to Stripe Express Connect accounts outside the US region..

The test I just tried and returned an error was:

  • the paltform is in the US
  • the connected account is in the US
    Bu if the connected account is not in the US it does work!

Hmmm, sorry, my question was incomplete..

Is it possible to use "recipient" agreement when creating Stripe Express Connect account under a US-based platform?

If your platform is in the US, and the connected account is also in the US => not possible
If your platform is in the US, and the connected account is outside in the US => it works
