Hi Rubeus. I've been asking support but still have not got the exact answers so going to here

my test invoice :in_1LDtyXHWAV6ODzCnFoZHC6rM
The description for the product in Summary is as expected: Product Nam (per <unit_label>)
but in PDF invoice/receipt there is only Product Name
The the price/plan item is "Unit Price". This looks like a glitch. Am i right?

There is another case

The Product Name missing the (per <unit_label>) as well
Again in Summary, it displays properly.
This seem happen only for products with Volume or Graduated prices.

So the unit_label does show up on Invoices otherwise?
No it does not shows for the two test invoices I mentioned
Only in Summary view in Dashboard
This is important for our customers to know what items we charge.
By which unit
It does show up for products with standard price
Meaning it shows up on Invoice PDFs with standard prices?

Another question is: as can be seen in these invoices
The products are services so we do not use shipping address
and the Bill to.. block just seats in the middle of the invoice
Can it align to the right edge when the 'Shipping to' block is not present?
It would be very usefull if there is some customisation options like that for automated invoices.

i use stripe through acuity scheduling to receive payments. my last payment was about two weeks ago.. however stripe is repeatedly taking $30 from my bank account & im confused on why ? i have no refunds or disputes..

The automated reply emails do not include ticket numbers
