No, it's not currently possible to use existing customers with Test Clocks. You'll need to create a new customer for use with a given Test Clock simulation

That's just not how Test Clocks were initially built

Can i use the customer id created within test clockl simulation and send via api ?

You can think of them as somewhat contained simulations for now. Any customers created within a given Test Clock will also be deleted when the Test Clock is deleted.

Yes, you can create a customer using the API and associate it with an existing Test Clock. Once that customer exists, you can access that customer using the API
