Can you share more details? Do you have a subscription ID (sub_xxx)?

surreal hound
#

um. where would i find that?

#

they used an LGL form, but it doesn't seem to have communicated clearly

#

(for context, this is for a nonprofit monthly donor program)

there isn't anything there. there's a customer number...

#

it says 'no subscriptions'

If you have no customer/subscription in your account, it likely means it's managed differently by whatever third-party system you rely on.
Are you the end customer (the person paying) here? Or the owner of the Stripe account?

owner of the stripe acct

Okay and usually you see all your customers and subscriptions right there, or is it the first one?

surreal hound
#

honestly, i usually would've seen more, and i can see another one, but i'm not seeing a bunch of "subscrptions" that we've been receiving

#

subscriptions = monthly donors

#

does this mean i need to go through whichever form they filled out originally?

I'm sorry but this is unfortunately not enough details to help you right now and you might not be familiar enough with the integration for us to help. Since this is an account support question, I'd recommend contacting our support team directly instead here: https://support.stripe.com/contact as they can look into your account and work with you

#

This Discord server is for developers asking questions about their code and we can't really help in this case

surreal hound
#

oh dang. so this is more specifically for support for developers than general support
