So if customer has created an account on my SaaS he would need to recreate a Stripe account? I'm trying to make it possible to divide deposits 10% goes to one account and 90% to another account.

Okay and you have decided that the Express account type more closely meets your needs over the Standard account?

the issue is that a Standard Account is a stand-alone Stripe account. You don't have that level of control over it. So you can't easily convert it to a different type.

From my understanding the functionality of splitting amounts to accounts is only supported on Express accounts

If you are looking for the Separate Charge & Transfer approach then yes, you will want to use Express accounts.
