that's not something I'm qualified to answer you about really, but we never expose the raw card details(like in your example you can't go to the URL and see on the Stripe page the raw card number entered)
maybe the network request contents are logged somewhere in the browser but that also would apply to any other payment site in the world or passwords, and so on. If you have a specific concern I'd suggest working with https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true for an answer
