So unfortunately this level of Dashboard customization isn't available in Express. I wanted to check to see if we surface metadata for payments, but it doesn't look like we do

Not for Express unfortunately. That Dashboard is a bit limited for customization

So far the only option I've thought of to tell my sellers which payment corresponds to which order is to tell them to look at the date when payments are originated, which is the same as the order.
