Im trying to build a modifiable Credit Card for myself, so i can approve all transaction before etc. But I wanted to make sure im legally allowed to with parental allowance, because CC's are mostly only 18+- didnt know if the terms are different for developers @digital citrus

Sounds like you'd be trying to build something with Issuing: https://stripe.com/docs/issuing

Services offering cards via Issuing need to refund a balance for those payments

Again you should contact support for meeting requirements, but for example its possible for one person to open a Stripe account and then share access to another person who is a developer on the account:

Thats what I were looking at, mostly because in my country most EC cards dont support apple pay (germany) and dont offer apis.

I will contact support. I will be the dev, but im 17.
