Also is this a US card that is in an Apple/Google pay wallet?

No.actually i have create a payment method from https://stripe.com/docs/js/payment_request/events and use them to pay

And you are still getting that error from an entirely US payment?

Do you have the payment intent ID from the payment you saw this error with? (it will look like pi_123456789)
