Hello! Correct, the M2 reader is a Bluetooth reader that's only compatible with iOS and Android integrations: https://stripe.com/docs/terminal/designing-integration#integration-comparison-table

For a Windows app you would likely want to use the server-driven integration so there's no Terminal-specific code in your Windows app (instead your Windows app would talk to your server, and your server would control the Terminal reader using the Stripe API).
