why don't you want to use the Stripe-provided Connections feature? It's better than manually entering the details and doing microdeposit verification.

For that UI we have to click on "Manually verify Account" link from above screenshot and its for micro-deposite verification only

Means it has only option of micro-deposite verification and we don't have instant verification option on that UI and users need to click on 2 steps.
We need bank account information input field modal on the very first step

you can't. The default is to show the instant verification UI of searching for/logging in to your bank account
