Yes there is definitely a delay like that for real cards. Basically are you trying to wait until funds are available or a certain amount of funds are available before paying out?

I tried to understand why funds has stuck in available soon column. So, now I understood, that I have to wait until funds will be available for pay out. And, answer your question, I need wait until certain amount of funds will be available for payout
