Can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

hmmm, okay, i don't know the answer for this off the top of my head. I suspect the reason is that EU tax is usually inclusive but i'm not 100% certain. Sorry to have to redirect you but can you reach out to Stripe Support : https://support.stripe.com/contact, they'll be able to help you get an answer to this!
