What does "allow refunds for connected accounts" mean though? What exactly are you doing, which funds flows are you using, which type of connected account, etc?

I own a Restaurant SAAS solution that has joined the Stripe Partner Program. I'm trying to make it possible for each restaurant to refund customers whenever a scenario arises. They are Standard accounts.

I just don't' know which API is necessary.

Okay so if you use Standard accounts you're going to use Direct Charges
