Ah yeah that is outdated... this used to all be on the same Dashboard tab.

Also I should clarify

The "public business name" is what would show up on payouts. I misread your question. So really you want to set the statement_descriptor on this same page that I linked above.

That is what will show information to your customers on their bank statements.
