Yes, I use the computer's Google Chrome to access, and I found that setting the browser to mobile mode can display it. But the same link sometimes shows and sometimes doesn't, which strikes me as weird.

The PaymentSheet will dynamically display the available payment options based on the customer's location. So if you are in China now, the Google Pay option will not be available.
