I recently went through an account review; WeChat was disabled, then I was told it was enabled. I'm now seeing that payment method as ineligible; I also have another issue where my account is mistaken for a Connected platform account.
(already contacted support about both of these, issue was not resolved)

I've contacted them already. Is there any way I can get rid of the connect platform error? I believe I may have set up some Connect settings, but I don't see an option to disable it.

@fiery flame Support replied, they said to disable Connect. How would I go about disabling it?
