Hi there @bright jungle, I'm stepping in for @vast bronze as they need to step away. If you have already viewed your live keys once before, and not saved the live key somewhere safe, then you have to roll your key in order to access it.

We only allow you to view your live key one time in the Dashboard as a security precaution
