This is the bank account info of the platform holder. I mean how can we change the bank account information of a connected account.

Even connected account isn't able to change their default bank account through stripe express dashboard.

no, that's not possible then, the Express account holder controls their own bank account settings

ok. Yes, they can add new bank account but there isn't option to change the default bank account in their account settings.

yep, there's not really such thing as a default bank account

you can add a bank account for each currency supported in your country and then if incoming payments use that currency they get paid out to that bank account
