Can you provide the ID of an invoice (in_XXX) where you're seeing this behavior?
Without an ID I won't be able to look at settings on my end. Have you checked what you have configured here for your default invoice template?

Yup, that's the one, let me pull that up on my side.
Still digging, but that isn't being set in the footer directly. So I believe it's being driven by one of the payment methods that you're offering on that invoice.
mm That is the problem, we do not have a Payment method with WellsFargo
Looking in to this. To clarify, is this an invoice that you paid or an invoice that your integration generated?
It looks like the customer on in_1Koq9kKn7PvmHHSLXOQYmDOY does have a Wells Fargo payment method set up. Was this a question of whether that info was your account vs the Customer's?
