It's just something we haven't built. What's the use case?
What kind of Connect payments are you using?
The connected account want to know all the payments done.. I'm using a custom connected account

This is important as with custom connected accounts, the role of Stripe is completely invisible to the connected account
The purpose of custom connected accounts is so the platform can white label the entire experience, without any involvement or direct relationship between Stripe and the connected account. It would be a pretty jarring experience if we started emailing them about payments
Not that we do that for any type of connected accounts, but you get the idea
Mmm, that's important... So with custom connected account, Stripe is not sending any Email to users, even to the user that do the payment, right?
For Express and Custom accounts, the platform configures the settings for the connected account by using the account’s settings[branding].

That pertains to user/customer receipts for payments
