in the earlier days of stripe identity, there was a check option called "address" or something along those lines. instead of asking for a piece of id, it would ask the user to enter their name, address and date of birth

would prefer using it over id document verification for low-throughput users. there's not much point paying £1.25 for id verification if the user only makes us like £5
