What setting has you turned off?
1 hour sounds like the finalization period of an Invoice

but it not happence in single invoice.. only in subscription
we had our own template emails. we sent that to the customers once invoice finalized...
What option in here? "Email finalized invoices to customers"?

It's an invoice for a subscription using "collection_method": "send_invoice", which means that Stripe emails the invoice to the customer to pay it, that's the specific reason to use that form of collection_method.

that's not the account that the Invoice is from. You're looking at the wrong one.

it's the connected account who controls a) their name and b) their email settings
changing settings in your own main account has no effect on that
both are same accounts..
they are not.
if you're confused I'd suggest writing to our support team, this is not an API/development question

if you click the account name in the top left of the dashboard you can see the accounts you have access to and switch between them
