What information are you looking to track? You can using the invoice.paid event if you want to track invoice payments or you could track customer.subscription.updated if you only wish to track when the billing period changes for the subscription.

I need to track when billing period changes. current_period_start and current_period_end changes when subscription gets renew?

Is there any way that I can test a monthly subscription? So that I don't have to wait for the whole month to finish
